Bugs/Fixes:

• When a new customer is added, then user selects the “New Transaction” button the transaction screen still requires the user to look up the customer.  This has been fixed. Now the customer is automatically passed to the transaction screen and no longer is the search required.
• When new property transactions are being added, and the items are flagged not to be uploaded to CAPSS an error occurred when attempting to upload to CAPSS.  This has been fixed.
• When new property transactions are being added, and the items are flagged not to be uploaded to CAPSS and the user tries to close the form, a prompt would ask if the user would like to upload to CAPSS.  Since this is an item that is flagged not to upload this prompt should not occur.
