Questions & Answers

When will I be billed?

Your subscription runs on a Monthly/Yearly cycle on the day you signup for Silver/Gold/Platinum Memberships. In order to avoid the installation fee, your subscription must remain active at all times.

Do you offer discounts?

At this point we do not offer any discounts, but keep on the look out for special email offers that will come from us directly to your email.

How do I upgrade my account?

You can upgrade your account by selecting the next level subscription when you are logged on the website. The system will automatically recognize your current level of subscription and recognize your request to upgrade.

Can I change my plan?

You can always upgrade your subscription from a lower tier to a higher tier at any time. If your subscription is active, you will receive credit for the current level subscription when payment is processed to upgrade your account. If your account is inactive, no credit is applied to the selected subscription plan.

Can I get a refund?
