- When a signature and/or fingerprint wasn’t able to be captured digitally, the customer record can still be completed by selecting the Signature on File check box and/or Fingerprint On File check box. This puts an image on the customer record reflecting this process. This allows the item for these customers to be sent to CAPSS.
