This release is fully compliant with Jan-09-2020 CAPSS Changes

New Features:

Changes to the Customer Details, Customer Signature, and Fingerprint screen:

  1. Drop down lists are automatically updated rather than requiring update to EZ-Capss.
  2. Drop down lists can also be updated by selecting the help menu then selecting “Update Dropdown List Codes”.
  3. Gender now includes “Male, Female, Non Binary”
  4. No Finger Check Box has been added to support if no fingers exist or no can’t acquire the fingerprint.

  • Supporting touch screens for customer signatures.
  • When a signature and/or fingerprint wasn’t able to be captured digitally, the customer record can still be completed by selecting the Signature on File check box and/or Fingerprint On File check box.  This puts an image on the customer record reflecting this process. This allows the item for these customers to be sent to CAPSS.

  • When user registers the required store information auto populates from EZ-CAPSS.com store registration.
